To qualify for a return:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging
Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Items marked as non-returnable at checkout
- Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@luxeton.com with your order number and reason for return
We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address
Pack the item securely and ship using a trackable method
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
- Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. - Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
